Physical Testing of Plastics & Polymers
CAS-MI Laboratories provides physical testing services for plastics and polymers. Plastic materials testing can be performed on raw materials as well as a wide variety of industrial and consumer products such as automotives, sporting goods, toys, construction materials, and more.
From new product development to failure investigations, we can test plastic samples for:

- Melt flow rate
- Compressibility
- Multiple layer-film thickness
In most cases, we perform physical testing of plastics according to ASTM test methods or ISO test methods.
