CAS-MI Laboratories offers bench scale-up and toll production of batch sizes from 5 to 500 gallon quantities for paints and coatings.
Small quantities of coatings are frequently required to provide samples for field evaluation or presentations. These samples can be a quart to gallons of architectural paint or an aerosol can of industrial paint. Depending on your specifications and performance criteria, we can generate pre-commercial quantities for market development and process optimization.
Toll production includes quantities greater than about 500 gallons. Toll production can result in the generation of process data that can then be used to scale to commercial quantities.
